Some nearby realities often go unnoticed. Everyday situations that especially affect women. This exhibition highlights the importance of making visible what is usually left on the margins, giving voice to women who—far from the spotlight—speak to us through their lived experiences.
Annabelle Sproat and Laura Espadalé invite us to look into domestic spaces and shared silences—often invisible—where identities are shaped beyond stereotypes and dominant narratives. Whether in aging and dependency, hair loss, or the pressures of beauty standards, these images document not just a reality, but a way of being in the world: resisting through the everyday, caring through affection, and looking with tenderness.
